Delete your account
These instructions can be read without signing in. You can manage your account in a browser or in the Android app.
Use the game's Account screen
- Sign in to the Vending account you want to delete.
- Open Account and choose Delete account.
- Read the consequences, choose Continue, then confirm Delete account.
This permanently deletes your live account, Google identity, game progress, participation, private reports and public review. It cannot be undone. The same email may later create a new empty account.
Open game AccountThe game has a separate browser session. Check that you are signed in to the same Vending account before deleting anything.
If you cannot sign in
Email play@sk8.digital from the account email address and ask us to delete your Vending Empire account. We may request non-sensitive information needed to verify control of it. Never send passwords, identity documents or payment information. We do not disclose whether an unrelated email has an account.
Email supportWhat can remain after deletion
Minimal testing-group removal work remains until external absence is confirmed. Restricted backups can retain former rows until the fourteenth daily backup rotation. Filtered request/error metadata remains until the 100 MB app/supporting-service log or 10 MB local-proxy log rotates, or its container is removed; there is no fixed-day log promise. Providers keep their own disclosed network/security records.
