Delete your Vending Empire account

Delete in the app

1. Sign in to Vending Empire.
2. Open Profile.
3. Open Privacy & account.
4. Select Continue.
5. Select Delete account.

Open Vending Empire account settings (sign-in required).

The final action permanently deletes the live player account, email/authentication/reset rows and associated game data: virtual balance/XP, machines and slot stock, sales, warehouse inventory, achievements and virtual transaction history. It signs the account out and cannot be undone. The same email can later create a new empty account.

If you cannot sign in

Email play@sk8.digital from the account email address with a request to delete your Vending Empire account. We may ask only for non-sensitive information needed to verify control of the account. Do not send a password, identity document, payment information or sensitive game data. We do not expose whether an unrelated supplied email has an account. After verification, we perform the same complete live-account deletion.

Retention after deletion

Live account/game data are removed by the successful deletion operation. Restricted database backups can retain the former rows until the fourteenth daily backup rotation and are held only for controlled recovery. Filtered request or error metadata can remain until the applicable 100 MB app/supporting-service log or 10 MB local-proxy log rotates, or its container is removed; there is no fixed-day log promise. Cloudflare/OpenFreeMap network-security records follow their disclosed provider policies.
